To enrol in any AMC Mentor course, you must complete an identity verification process. This is a mandatory step designed to protect the integrity of our course materials and ensure a trusted learning community.

Why We Verify

• To prevent unauthorised sharing, screen recording, or distribution of our course content.
• To ensure every student in our community is a genuine, verified learner.
• To comply with our intellectual property protections and Australian copyright law.
• To personalise your learning experience and provide targeted support.

What We Accept

• Valid passport (photo page) — required for all students.
• Alternative government-issued ID (driving licence, national ID card, or residency visa) — optional but recommended.

Your identity documents are encrypted, stored securely, and used solely for verification purposes. They are never shared with third parties.

AMC Mentor collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information We Collect

• Personal details: name, email address, phone number, country of residence.
• AMC status and professional background.
• Identity documents: passport photo page and/or alternative government-issued ID.
• Account credentials: username and encrypted password.
• Usage data: login activity, device information, and course progress.

How We Use Your Data

• To verify your identity and grant course access.
• To communicate course updates, live session announcements, and support.
• To improve our course content and teaching methods.
• To enforce our anti-sharing policy and protect intellectual property.

Data Security

All personal data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Identity documents are stored separately from account data and are accessible only to authorised verification personnel. We retain your data for the duration of your course subscription plus 12 months for administrative purposes.

AMC Mentor course materials are provided solely for personal study and educational use by the enrolled student. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing your account credentials with any third party.
• Screen recording, screen capturing, or downloading course videos.
• Uploading course content to any public or private platform (including Telegram, YouTube, Google Drive, etc.).
• Selling, renting, lending, or distributing course materials in any form.
• Using multiple devices or IP addresses simultaneously to share access with others.

Device Limit

Each student may log in from a maximum of 2 devices simultaneously (e.g., 1 laptop/tablet + 1 mobile). Any unauthorised sharing, screen recording, or multiple IP logins may result in permanent suspension by our IT team without prior notice. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Enforcement

We actively monitor for unauthorised access patterns. Violations may result in:

• Immediate and permanent course access removal.
• Removal from Telegram groups and community channels.
• No refund of subscription fees.
• Reporting serious misconduct to relevant platforms, exam bodies, or legal authorities where appropriate.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after payment has been processed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of AMC Mentor, including but not limited to technical issues that prevent course access despite prompt reporting. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.

Subscription Plans

AMC Mentor offers 2-month, 4-month, and 6-month subscription plans. All plans include identical course content — the only difference is the duration of access.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will auto-renew one time after the initial period unless you turn off auto-renewal manually through your course portal or by contacting us.

Extension Discounts

If your subscription ends and you need more time, email amcmentor.org@gmail.com to receive a 50% discount coupon for extension.

Verification Process

After submitting your registration form with identity documents, our team will review your application within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation with:

• Verification approval or rejection.
• Payment instructions and Stripe payment link (if approved).
• Course access details and welcome email (after payment).

Access Duration

Your course access begins on the date of payment and lasts for the duration of your selected subscription plan (2, 4, or 6 months). All course materials are accessible from day one — there is no gradual content unlocking.

New Course Versions

If a live version of this course starts while your subscription is active, you will get access to relevant sessions within your remaining subscription period.

All course materials, including video lectures, mock tests, question banks, e-books, and supporting content, are the intellectual property of AMC Mentor and/or Dr Abhishek Bhadra.

Copyright Protection

AMC Mentor course materials are provided only for personal study and educational use by enrolled AMC MCQ candidates. Please note:

• This is not official AMC content and should not be represented as such.
• Materials must not be copied, recorded, shared, sold, uploaded, or distributed in any form.
• Unauthorized use may result in course access removal, group removal, no refund, and further action.

Legal action may be taken under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) if the content is misused. AMC Mentor supports ethical exam preparation, academic integrity, and guideline-based learning.

AMC Mentor provides educational materials and mentorship to support your AMC MCQ preparation. While we strive for accuracy and completeness:

• We do not guarantee any specific exam outcome or passing score.
• We do not claim 100% coverage of the AMC MCQ exam syllabus.
• Course content is based on standard medical textbooks and Australian clinical guidelines at the time of recording. Guidelines may change — students are expected to stay current.
• AMC Mentor's liability is limited to the amount paid for the course subscription.

By using our course materials, you acknowledge that exam preparation requires personal effort, discipline, and supplementary study (including question bank practice).
